Order Processing Time
Processing can take anywhere from 5-7 business days, and will be reflected in the estimated ship/delivery time on checkout.
Though we hope to ship your order out as soon as possible, please remember we are a small business and most of the time only one person is handling your order from beginning to end. We appreciate your patience as always!
Order Cancellations
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel your order nor change the delivery address. Please double check your address to make sure it is going to the right place!
In cases where the wrong delivery address has been input and the product comes back to us as undeliverable, we will require you to pay an additional shipping cost for the reshipping fee.
VAT, Duties & Custom Fees
We ship from our office in Vancouver, Canada. Any customs or duty charges are the responsibility of the customer.
