Do you do commissions and/or pet portraits?

Thank you for considering a custom order with us. Unfortunately, at this time, we are not taking custom orders. Feel free to follow us on one of our social media just in case we do open commissions!

I haven't received my package yet!

Do you have pets yourself?

I currently don't have pets of my own due to my lifestyle being very travel-heavy. I have had family pets in the past, and shower our current family pets with lots of love!

Where can I find your work offline?

Great question! We're in a bunch of stores across North America, check out our retail page to find out! We also attend conventions and events around NA during the year.

Do you offer refunds/exchanges/replacements?

All sales are final, but refunds/replacements may be issued depending on the situation at the hand. For example, if the product is damaged, this may be a special consideration for a replacement. Please contact us at hello@deadlybearhug.com or use the contact form below.
